While the days of making deals with a handshake may seem long gone, I believe the spirit of a handshake is necessary to any agreement. It represents two equal parties coming to a compromise. As an attorney, I seek resolution through negotiation and mutual agreement or mediation, not costly litigation or disputes.

I'm an army of one. I handle all of the investigation and document processing myself so my costs can be lower. I have developed tried and true strategies and working procedures so you can trust that nothing gets lost in the shuffle and everything gets done right—the first time.
After an extensive legal career working with many other attorneys, I decided to become a sole practitioner. I have worked as an attorney in larger firms and even managed larger firms. I was tired of the bureaucracy and personnel issues and felt that there was so much time spend managing employees and paper pushing, that I had less time to devote to my clients.
I want my relationship with you and your business to be a personal one. Working with a one man army, you won't be handed off to a junior associate or a legal secretary—you will work directly with me.
